Return rules
Unopened makeup & skincare: Return within 7 days with hygiene seals intact — no swatching, pumping, or applicator contact.
Opened cosmetics: Final sale for hygiene — includes swatched lipsticks, pumped foundations, and used sponges.
Tools: Unopened brush sets within 7 days. Used sponges and curlers with skin contact cannot return.
Shade exchanges: Unopened wrong shade may exchange within 7 days — email support@aurabeauty.com with order number.
